and by accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree
to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. If you

These terms of use are applied to laskowscydesign.co.uk website
maintained by Muslavi Gallery Limited.
Muslavi Gallery Limited is the sole distributor in UK and Ireland
of Laskowscy Design furniture and interior applications.

Muslavi Gallery Ltd is a limited company, duly established
according to English law, which maintains the internet
site: laskowscydesign.co.uk
Later “Muslavi Gallery Ltd” when referred to the company,
“Laskowscydesign” when referred to the website
laskowscydesign.co.uk, “Manufacturer” when referred to the
producer and designer of the furniture and other products.

Definitions

“Conditions” means these terms and conditions; “Product” means
a product displayed for sale on this website; “Users” means the
users of the website collectively; “Personal Information” means
the details provided by you on registration; “We/Us” means
Muslavi Gallery Ltd; “Website” means the website located
at www.laskowscydesign.co.uk; “You” means a user of this website.
“United Kingdom” means England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland
and Channel Islands; “Ireland” means Republic of Ireland.
We reserve the rights to sell within UK and Ireland only.

Use of the website

You are provided with access to this website in accordance with
these Conditions and any orders placed by you must be placed
strictly in accordance with these Conditions.
To be eligible to purchase products from this Website and lawfully
enter into and form contracts on this Website under English law
you must:
· Be 18 years of age and over
· Registered by providing your real name, phone number,
e-mail address, payment details and other requested information.
· Stipulate a delivery address in the United Kingdom or Ireland.
Please note that PO Box numbers, hotels and accommodation addresses 
are not acceptable.
· Possess a valid UK or Irish credit or debit card issued by
a bank acceptable to us.

You guarantee that:
· The Personal Information which you are required to provide
when you register as our customer are: True, accurate, current and
complete in all respects;
· You will notify us immediately of any changes to the Personal
Information by e-mail at muslavi@laskowscydesign.co.uk
· You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or
to use a false name or a name that you are not authorised to use.

We reserve the rights to:
· Modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently this website
(or any part thereof) with or without notice to you and confirm that
we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification
to or withdrawal of the website; and/or
· Change the Conditions from time to time, and your continued
use of the website (or any part thereof) following such change shall
be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility
to check regularly to determine whether the Conditions have been changed.

Data Protection

We reserve the rights to keep all customer details on Muslavi Gallery’s
ordering system until such a time we deem it suitable to destroy them.
We will take all reasonable steps to ensure all information remains
confidential.


Product Details and Prices

· All products are made in Europe (Poland).
· All products are original, brand new, designed and made
by Laskowscy Design. Our larger items such as: Tables, coffee tables,
mirrors, shelves, clocks, wall ornaments comes with unique Laskowscydesign
logo.
· Every effort is made to ensure that product details, descriptions
and prices shown are accurate at the time you place your order. If an
error is found, we will inform you as soon as possible. If the price
shown is incorrect, we will offer you the option of reconfirming your
order at the correct price or cancelling.
· All items are offered subject to availability. If on receipt of
your order, the item(s) you have ordered become no longer available,
we will inform you as soon as possible, giving you the option of purchasing
an alternative product. If you decline this option, a reduction in payment
equal to the value of the unavailable item(s) will be made.

Furniture measurements
· The dimensions given are written for your guidance in metric system.
Before ordering, please ensure that there is adequate room to take the
furniture through any doorways and windows, taking note of any restricted
passageways, stairs and awkward turns.
· Please note: All the furniture are delivered in wooden crates
to minimise the risk of damage.

Product imagery

We have gone to great lengths to illustrate our products, but each image
should be viewed in conjunction with the descriptive text and will,
of course, be limited by the screen settings of your own monitor screen.
Our products are made of steel and are powder coated. The RAL colours
in our chart have been matched as closely as possible. RAL is the most
popular Central European Colour Standard used today.

Payment

Payment is required in advance of delivery. This can be by credit/debit
card, via our secure shopping system, bankers draft or postal order for
UK customers. We do accept PayPal payments.
The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus
delivery costs.
After the receipt of your order you will receive a copy via e-mail,
please keep this copy for your own record. The order will be deemed
accepted once the payment has been cleared.
All prices shown are in £ (GPB) Sterling. If you would prefer to pay
by postal orders or bank transfer, please contact us via an e-mail
at muslavi@laskowscydesign.co.uk

Shipping, delivery, postage and packing

All relevant postage and packing, shipping or delivery charges are shown.
The goods you order will be delivered to the address you provide when
you place your order. We aim to dispatch all orders within 14 working
days of the payment clearance, but please allow up to 28 days. During
busy times, or for bespoke items, this timeframe may increase. All the
furniture are delivered direct from the manufacturer.
A working day is any day other than weekends, bank or public holidays.
If delivery cannot be made to your address for reasons out of Muslavi
Gallery control, we will inform you as soon as possible.
If you deliberately fail to accept delivery of the order (otherwise than
by reason of circumstances under the control of Muslavi Gallery) without
prejudice to any other right or remedy available to Muslavi Gallery,
we may:
· Store the items until actual delivery can be made and charge you
for reasonable costs (including insurance) of storage; or
· Sell the items at the best readily obtainable price and
(after deducting all reasonable storage and selling expenses) account
to you for any excess over the price you agreed to pay for the items or
charge you for any shortfall below the price you agreed to pay for
the items.

Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after
your order has been accepted. However, Muslavi Gallery Ltd will not be
liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or
unavoidable delay in delivery. In this case Muslavi Gallery will inform
you as soon as possible.
We require a telephone number when an order is placed. We never pass
on e-mails or telephone numbers.

Your Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to the end
of 7 days after you placed an order. To exercise your right of cancelation,
you must give written notice to Muslavi Gallery by e-mail. Notification
by phone is not sufficient.
If you exercise your right of cancellation after the items have been
delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning them to us at
your own costs.
You must take reasonable care to ensure the items are not damaged in
the meantime or in transit.
Once you notified us that you are cancelling the contract, we will refund
or re-credit you within 14 days for any sum that has been paid by you or
debited from your credit card for the items.

Returns policy

We hope that you will be happy with your purchase.
If we make a mistake with your order, or if the goods received are in some
way faulty, we have a no quibble returns policy. Simply return the item and
we will replace it with the correct one. We will pay your return delivery
costs. Returns should be made within a reasonable time (usually 7 days) and
in original, undamaged packaging. If you change your mind for any other
reason, we are happy to exchange items, refund or credit your account,
provided the goods are returned to us within 7 working days of their receipt,
in the original packaging and in a saleable condition. (Please contact us for
return address details). We regret, however, that in this case we cannot refund
return postage costs. We are not responsible for return postage or packages
that do not reach us. We will refund or re-credit you within 14 working days
for any sum that has been paid by you for the items once they have been
received by us.

Limitation of Liability.

Muslavi Gallery’s Ltd total liability in contract (including negligence
or breach of statutory duty), mispresentation, restitution or otherwise,
arising in connection with the performance or contemplated performance of
this agreement shall be limited to the price paid for the goods.
The Muslavi Gallery Ltd shall under no circumstance whatsoever be liable
for losses special to the particular circumstances of the customer, indirect
or consequential losses or for the loss of profits, damage to the property
or wasted expenditure.
If you are a business customer Muslavi Gallery Ltd shall not be liable to you
for any indirect or consequential loss or damage (whether for loss of profit,
loss of business, depletion of goodwill or otherwise), costs, expenses or other
claims for consequential compensation whatsoever (howsoever caused) which arise
out of or in connection with this agreement.

Applicable Law

These terms of sale and supply of the goods will be subject to English Law and
the English Courts will have jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising from
the contract.
